On top of my experience in customer service, I have a solid background in freelance and project-based work as a virtual assistant. I have had experience in direct marketing research, itineraries, flight research and booking, and transcribing. I also had an experience as a virtual assistant for an eCommerce store where I mostly handle customer support through email and doing administrative tasks from product sourcing to order processing and tracking, for my client which is based in the US.
