EXPERIENCE
TAILORBIRD
New York, NY (Remote from Spain)
(B2B SaaS platform focused on multi-family asset mgmt. and renovation. Series A company backed by Fifth Wall and NFX)
Product Manager (Promoted from BIM Architect in February- – Present
• After building automations to more quickly generate property data, I was promoted to the product team that builds software
for how customers interact with and use that data. I managed a scrum team of 5 front-end and back-end developers
• Served as primary cross-functional liaison between New York and India-based product, engineering, and UX team (25+
people) to the Latin America-based 30+ person architectural data team. Facilitated meetings and managed follow-ups to
align product features with client needs and business goals while balancing operational constraints and improvements
• Owned the strategy, design and development of “As-Built Measurement Viewer”, a key feature for customers to easily
obtain measurements and quantities from a highly detailed Revit-based database of their property. These “takeoffs” are
core to the software value prop and serve as the foundation for all workflows – budgeting, bidding and management
• Led development, roll-out, and implementation of platform-wide features for user management and feature access control
• Owned the strategy, design, and development of “Asset View”, the Platform’s main visualizer feature built with Autodesk
Forge and Cesium, enabling users to navigate geolocated properties through a standardized location hierarchy, linking
models and deliverables to support portfolio-wide insights and detect design or construction inconsistencies for renovations
BIM Architect
2022 – 2024
• Led a team of 4 BIM developers to create over 20 proprietary plugins in Revit automating model and data generation and
storage, reducing architecture team’s work times from hours to one click, increasing overall company scalability
• Owned design and development of the “1-Page Walksheet”, the main Revit-based graphic resource the company currently
sells, with parametrical design that enables users to do a site walk of the property and capture their assets in high detail
• Designed and created the base “Revit Families Library” of the company's architectural modeling, enabling detailed as-built
takeoffs generation which is the core data loaded to the platform for properties’ renovations and bidding processes
• Planned and coordinated the initiative of moving all Revit models to an Autodesk Forge-based viewer where models could
be used as a single source of data for as-built conditions, allowing users to know their properties with the highest precision
CALITTE HOUSES

a budget of over $1M each. Streamlined cross-functional management communication and consistently made data-driven
design decisions to enhance overall customer satisfaction, project outcomes, and delivery timelines
• Structured the foundations of BIM processes in the company based on automations through parametrization in Revit, using
tools as Dynamo and dynamic complex families resulting in faster budgeting processes that helped make decisions on-Site
• Coordinated a multidisciplinary outsourced team for structural engineering. Implementing risk management and clash
detection processes to identify and resolve potential issues early, ensuring the project started on time and within budget
