I worked at BPMFI as a temporary secretary (Project Based). I have experience
receiving and making calls, sending e mails to the participants/clients, collecting details about the participants, recording and filling data. I also worked as a financial adviser at an insurance company. I receive and make calls for possible clients, I set an appointment with them, doing presentations, and do follow up with the client's requirements or update with their policies. I am knowledgeable in MS Office (word, excel, power point presentations) and also with google docs. I also have a little background using photoshop and canva. I have experience on email management, internet research, office applications, calendar management, social media management, and a little knowledge on wordpress. I can type at least 40 WPM. I have a strong computer skills, and I'm a bit internet and tech-savvy. I can also work on flexible hours.
