I have five years of professional experience in various supporting and customer service roles such as Sales Coordinator, Receptionist, English Language Consultant and Call Center Agent. I successfully fulfilled each of these roles due to being proactive, organised and timely as well as having honed my communication skills so as to professionally handle each customer's queries and concerns and liaise with local and international personnel.
In addition, most of these roles required little to no supervision and my proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning new technology quickly, added to my efficiency in such roles.
