Timely and accurate monitoring of leaves entitlement for all regular

Efficient checking and recording of Overtime and work schedules.
Issues meal coupons to employees who work 4 hours regular
overtime.
Coordinates with inter-department representatives in updating daily
attendance monitoring.

Responsible for daily monitoring of warehouse handlers and update
the weekly ECP performance.
Responsible for materials monthly inventory Direct and Indirect
Materials.

Conduct the receiving of materials and update the monitoring file
for indirect materials.
Responsible for the transaction of Material Withdrawal Slip in JDE
System and Accounting System for inventory updating. Check that
the MWS be strictly observed to account to the proper cost center.
Monitor and control the usage of the materials. Escalate to superiors
any abnormality in the consumption.
Ensure inventory accuracy of the materials by strict monitoring of
any incoming and outgoing items.
Conduct material estimation based on the production demand to
meet their needs.
Responsible for checking and receiving of local items delivered from
suppliers. Checks the quantity and quality of items delivered against
Delivery Receipts / Sales Invoices and Purchase Order.
Encodes Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices to Accounting System.
Prepares Receiving Report for the items received.
Transmits Delivery Receipts / Sales Invoices together with Receiving
Report to Accounting Division for the payables.
Provide back up in generating shipping reports to ensure all items
will be shipped. Prepare labels/tags necessary for the shipment of
finished goods. Conduct the checking of the packing list and
escalate issues to the supervisors for any abnormality.
