I have been working in a call center industry for over 6 years. Started my career as a customer service representative in a sales account/retention for a year. Later on work in a financial account for credit cards and mortgage company as a consultant. Became a supervisor on the same line of business for 4 years. And my last employment working in the office was with a Telecommunication company, work as a team leader for Verizon Wireless.
Now I am currently building my career online as I will be working home based. With my experience being a leader and a follower, I am confident with the right attitude and amount of willingness I can do whatever task being assigned to me.
