I’m an experienced personal assistant with more than 4 years experiences working in an office environment. . I have done it all – filing, faxing, copying, making spreadsheets, entering data, answering multiple phone lines and emails, etc.
Also, I had experience working as a Virtual Personal Assistant wherein I am in charge in responding emails and correspondents, booking appointments, promoting Facebook page and answering queries for applicants, scheduling them for interview and I am the one responsible in updating their sales and expenses (using excel) during the entire business day and having it updated and shared through google drive.
Furthermore, I was also a part of our School Organ wherein I contributed some articles, poems and editorials in our School Paper from Grade School until College days. Up to now I'm still fond of reading and writing poems during my free time.
To summarize my past job experienced, it really honed my skills most relatively with my administrative tasks.
