Professionally, I’ve spent the last seven years in the BPO industry, where I’ve grown through multiple roles—from Subject Matter Expert to Team Manager. These experiences taught me how to lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and drive performance through collaboration and strategy. I’ve worked closely with diverse teams, coached individuals toward their goals, and ensured quality standards were consistently met. Whether it’s resolving client concerns or optimizing workflows, I bring both precision and care to everything I do.
In the past two years, I’ve also built a strong foundation as a virtual assistant. I’ve supported entrepreneurs, executives, and remote teams with tasks ranging from calendar management and inbox organization to research, reporting, and customer support. I’m proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Trello, Zoom, and Notion—plus automation platforms like Zapier and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
