My name is Rovielyn Avendanio and I'm passionate about Clerical and Customer Service job, I have interest on filing records through Google drive & other MS Office files as well with assisting Customers with satisfaction. I'm currently working as a Customer Service Representative in Philippines where I handle US Telco Account, my every day task is assisting Customers with their concern they discuss during the call like billing s, payments, orders, technical & account management. I practice professionalism at all times especially to those irate customers, I always assist with patience and make sure the concern is resolved before the end of call for me to close a sale as well.
