My recent job as a Customer Support includes Amazon Orders, Track and Trace, Food Ordering with Grubhub and DoorDash. But before I shifted to my current work, I am an experienced Title Examiner, Searcher and Keyer for 8 years. I perform in-depth examination for a broad range of title orders. Analyzing Title Records, such as Mortgages, Judgments, Liens, Plat and Map, Easements, Legal Description, to resolve problems like incomplete, missing or contradictory information in a Chain of Title. I also have a part time job as an Account Receivable in a Telecommunication/Engineering Company. Came pandemic, I worked as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, communicating Directly to Sellers or Buyers, Wholesalers/Investors and Real Estate Agent through Email, Phone, and Text Messages.

I am proficient with some of the Title Application Tools, Microsoft Office and other Administrative Support Tools. All of these experiences developed my ability to work accurately and highly productive manner with less supervision. I am always eager to learn new things to help improve my skills both personally and professionally.
