I worked as a customer service representative for an international telco account under sales and billing and technical department wherein we are taking calls, chats and emails and ofcourse we are responsible for the documentation of what happened during our call/conversation which is the most important part for the next agents reference once the customer contacted again. Also, during my stay here I also became an RTM or workforce intern wherein my responsibility is to check is check and correct agents schedule, and also to report the agents adherance and attendance to their specific teams leaders and to the upper management aswell. After working as a customer service representative, I became a Recruitment Coordinator wherein we are responsible for data entry to make sure the agent will get the right salary based on his/her attendance. After that, I actually found a better opportunity wherein I became a Sales Representative and what I do is I am chatting and replying to emails also managing their social media account such as tiktok, facebook and instagram to communicate with people who are interested in our service and also documenting how many sales we have per day and the reason why some clients declined to our service. I also worked as part time Inbound Sales Representative wherein my main responsibility is to answer phone calls and help customer placing orders.
