I am a multifaceted professional with over a decade of experience in administrative work, customer service, graphic design, and social media management.

I began MY career as an Administrative Assistant at the City Social Services and Development Office from 2006 to 2013. I excelled in communication, calendar and financial management, supply oversight, and data entry. I also coordinated with various agencies and prepared liquidation and accomplishment reports. This role built a strong foundation in organizational and administrative practices.

From 2013 onward, I transitioned to a frontline customer service role as a Tax Collection Officer at the Davao City Treasurer's Office. I achieved notable success, surpassing collection targets by 30%. My duties included customer service, support, and preparing reports on daily collections and deposits. I also maintained and updated cash books and generated monthly accomplishment reports, emphasizing my dedication to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Concurrently, I explored the creative field as a freelance Graphic Design Artist from 2021 to 2024. I collaborated with local businesses to design logos, banners, posters, and advertisements. My creative talent and attention to detail are evident in my diverse portfolio.

To expand my skill set, I trained as a Social Media Manager through short courses at KursoPh and also under Coach Angel Jalong. I mastered social media management, content creation, branding, copywriting, and basic video editing. This training enabled me to effectively navigate the digital landscape using tools like Canva, Capcut, Zoom, Trello, Buffer, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

I hold a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southeastern Philippines, an AB in Economics from Ateneo De Davao University, and a BS in Industrial Engineering (undergraduate) from the same institution. My solid educational background, combined with my extensive professional experience, makes me a well-rounded and capable professional, ready to tackle diverse challenges and contribute meaningfully to any organization.
