I am a Management Information System (MIS) Supervisor with extensive experience in the microfinance sector, where accuracy, compliance, and real-time data are crucial. With over 9 years in MIS roles, I’ve helped microfinance institutions enhance data-driven decision-making, improve reporting systems, and ensure regulatory compliance through robust technology solutions.

In the microfinance industry, every data point counts — whether it’s tracking loan repayments, monitoring client performance, or generating reports for regulatory bodies. I’ve led teams responsible for designing and maintaining systems that consolidate operational, financial, and client data into centralized, accessible platforms.

-Ensuring data accuracy and timeliness across loan tracking, customer databases, and field agent activities

-Encode daily branch transactions into the MIS or database system with accuracy.

-Verify and validate the accuracy of input data

-Monitor and ensure completeness of submitted documents or records

-Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data handling protocols.

-Coordinate with other departments to resolve data inconsistencies

-Perform quality checks and correct errors in data entries.

I have hands-on experience with tools like Excel (advanced), Microsoft office.
