I am good in writing, typing and listening communication skills.I won't dissappoint you and i will get the work done in the given time. I am a graduate man. And nowadays there is so much of extra time remaining so i have prefer to do this job.I am adapted in handling customer care and can provide support via chat and email. That includes answering of inquiries and resolving tickets. Knowledgeable in support software such as Sales Force. I can also do admin jobs like data entry, I am very much comfortable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Docs. I am amenable to work an hour or two on weekdays, as well as weekends and/or holidays. Building customer trust and loyalty is one of my skills.
