I'm a Business Analyst and a Project Manager who has specialised in the agile Methodolgy specifically on the Scrum method of Software Development. Apart from agile, I also have experience in working in the traditional Waterfall Methodology.

On a normal day, my activities would be as follows:-

• Work with key project stakeholders (internal & external) to formulate and communicate the business vision for the project, map out initial requirements and the scope of the project.
• Preparation of project timeline and status trackers using MS Projects.
• Resource allocation for the project analysis and development based on the prepared project timeline.
• Ensure that Project milestones are met in order for successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate and communicate client requirements to the team effectively.
• Prepare effort projections based on the current project risks.
