I worked as a Customer Service Representative for five years, knowing all the ins and out of it. 

I also worked for corporate sales, travel, hospitality, and a couple of BPO Companies, wherein I learned how to provide exceptional customer service and developed my strong organizational, analytical, and research capabilities. I am able to cope and work under pressure, fluent in speaking English, and also proficient at using Google Sheet and Microsoft Office. 

In addition, I have knowledge of using Sabre, Thunder, StormX, ShoreTel, and MiTel.
