I am a multifaceted and a detail-oriented individual with an extensive knowledge in administrative duties with minimal supervision required.

During my time as an Administrative Assistant at the Federal Inland Revenue Service, I performed variety of duties. My primary task was to request for evidence of registration with the FIRS, remittances and payment of Value Added Tax on monthly basis and I also performed administrative duties. In dealing with clients on the field, I feel it's of utmost importance to establish a strong first impressions with them and also ensure unexpected issues are addressed and resolved immediately. I can also handle vendor negotiations, rather than running to get supplies I'd develop relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts which makes it easier.

At Eden house of vogue, I performed variety of duties. My primary duty was taking charge of the administrative functions of the office, social media accounts as well as the staff welfare. I assisted with recruitment and payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors and distributing checks.

I am currently taking classes on Digital Marketing. I’m also very flexible, so if a change were to occur in my schedule, I’d able to accommodate it without slowing down my performance.
