I’m Rosemarie Salas Ortega, the founder of Smart AI for SMBs. My journey began with building an outsourcing company, Virtual Cube Communication Services (VCCS), where we provided reliable, office-based Virtual Assistants to international clients in healthcare, e-commerce, and professional services.

Over time, I saw how AI tools could transform how businesses work—helping teams handle more tasks, reduce costs, and scale faster. To keep our clients ahead, I evolved our services into AI-powered solutions, training our VAs to become AI-VAs who combine human expertise with cutting-edge automation.
