I am hardworking, committed and professional employee with more than 6 years of experience in BPO industry. I've handled several accounts like US Healthcare account in which we're receiving inbound calls from our clients who have inquiry about their medicines that are covered by their prescription drug plan. I also handled US and Australian Telco account which basically provide technical support assistance with put customer's computer and internet connection. With the Australian Telco, I've handled several line of business like ADSL, Broadband Specialist, B2B Support and NBN Connection. I also became a Subject Matter Expert for a while when the business ramp up. As a Subject Matter Expert, I do admin task delegated by our supervisor like giving coaching feedback to agents, creating and submitting reports using excel, managing and replying to emails, do outbound calls to other departments.
I'm also working as a part time real estate agent here in Philippines. I post advertisements mostly through Facebook. I answer client's inquiry via sms, phone or email.
