I am currently working as a customer service representative under a healthcare account in Optum Global Solutions, Inc. for almost 2 years now. My line of business mostly consists of the member’s eligibility to an insurance coverage and ensuring that they get the best service that they can avail without worrying about their hospital bills. As a team player, I’ve been handling and managing our work queues to meet the deadlines. I also happen to be a top performer of our team for 6 consecutive months and it’s safe to say that I have a certain familiarity with my job already.
