I started off my career in BPO as an Outbound agent 11 years ago with PNI-KMPG Inc. where I performed a sales agent and then a couple of months I was transferred to handled the Callback Department I assisted Customers who asked why they received a call from us. In that role who handled the callback department I tried to explain and convince the customer to sign up or buy with our products which resulted more saled, I stayed there for 3 years.
Then I transferred to John Ernest Connecting Continents Inc. or (JECC) as Outbound agent then I was transferred to Inbound where I was a Customer Service handled all customer concern.Since I was very patient and dedicated to my work and happy to help people, After 2 months in the position I was hired as a Supervisor in the Inbound Department. As a Supervisor I do phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customers. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers. After 5 years of Staying in Jecc I transferred to CHONOS Strategies Corporation as an Inbound Sales Agent handling braces account and Mail Order Pharmacy and stayed there for 2 years.
