Hi, I'm Roselle but you can call me Zhel or Jessie, I'm from Philippines. I've been working in the BPO industry for 4 years. 

I have experiences in different campaigns /account. 

I worked as a Virtual Assistant for licensed agents in the US, I've been doing LeadGen, Research, Data entry, Outbound calls and emails for them. I've also been in sales, billing and collections, customer service re for T-Mobile, financial customer service /advisor for Westlake Financial and dealership agent, healthcare associate for BCBS, back office support, chat support and Quality assurance for Ultra Mobile.
