I have almost 5 years experience in Customer Service, Technical Support and Service Desk. I have assisted U.S, Irish and Australian accounts.
I was been a Customer Service Representative and handled the biggest telecommunications Company in an American account and in Ireland for a Cable Company. I was also trained to be an IT Service Desk Analyst and assisted employees in a huge Electricity company in Australia. I'am very expert in handling both Customer Care, Billing, Troubleshooting for their equipment, Ticket, resetting passwords, enabling WiFi for our clients, also calling / sending emails to our clients and will do everything to make sure their concern was resolved.
