I have a total of 10 years in Customer Service. Been dealing wide range of customer service/customer satisfaction. I have handled different accounts from telesales for telecommunications, satellite radio listener care with sales, collections and financial account.

Financial account taught me really well in dealing with customers who have banking account and lines/loans. I have been part of Client Relations Unit who acts as a account supervisor.

I also was trained as a real estate again that gave knowledge how real estate works was able to work with a lot of great people with positive mine and well trained real estate agent and be one of them

I wanted to start my career as a freelance agent mainly because I wanted to earn money in the comfort of my home so I can monitor my daughter's growing years. Also to start avoiding travelling with everyday heavy traffic i wanted to use the time that I travel at work at home thats additional 3 hours.
