I am excellent in the field of customer service since I've been in the field for almost 6 years. Taking calls for Health Insurances in US, also Phone Company specialize in mobile settings, postpaid plans and technical issues and lastly Real Estate. I am also an experience business person for 7 years and I enjoy managing business accounts, from Item researching, listing, Order processing, email support and resolution specialist. I specialize in eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Kmart, Home Depot, Toys R Us and Bonanza. I’ve also experience in Virtual Assistant of Mr. Gerry Marr in UK. I’ve manage his task thru checking emails, editing important files, report and setting his calendar for important meetings and call backs.
I can work with less supervision and can easily adopt whatever task that will be given to me. I am very flexible when it comes to work schedules.
When it comes to work, I do have 2 back up Laptops ( 1 Toshiba and Mac) and 1 personal computer with an internet connection of 8 mbps and a backup internet connection of 2 mbps.
By the way, I am Rosario Carmelyn Violeta Luba, resident of Dumaguete City, Philippines. I am turning 29 this year. I have a 4 month old baby but it won’t be a hindrance of working online since I am a single mom and I have to look for a living to sustain my baby needs and my needs too. If you’ll ask, how can I manage my work and my motherhood? I do have a nanny to help me with my baby and other household chores.
