Modern Day Working Woman
My life has always been mostly about work.
I immediately started my career as a Medical Reviewer after my college board exams.
I worked as a Medical Transcriptionist thereafter.
Suddenly, I fell in love with the call center industry and am still presently working for one.
I am a hardworking person and I am not comfortable with being financially unsecured.
I am pretty much online 75% of my day.
I have a very active Facebook account and I mostly do everything online.
I use a lot of apps everyday from gaming, music, social networking, service and lifestyle apps.
I sell a lot of stuff online on the side from clothes, watches, bags, cars, perfumes and even condominiums.

As someone working in the BPO industry for 6 long years you will definitely know how to personalize world class customer service.
Growing in a family with caliber sales agents as parents allowed me to grow in a environment wherein experience for instance taught me that taylor fitting the right product is very basic especially if you hit the consumer's urgent need.
I am still amazed up to date on how you can receive, see and pay your bills online.
I do some technical support on the side and more often manage everything for the customer.

I make sure I do projects on time the SMART way with minimum to zero flaws.

I take pride more in team successes versus my successes.

Family is a priority but can never be sustained without me and my work.
My son is my inspiration and that fuels my drive to work.

I play volleyball and pingpong since I was 8.
I keep up to date to local and international sports news as much as I can.
