I started working at the age of 16 as a crew in Mcdonalds to support my family and self support for my studies. After a year of being a crew I got promoted as a crew trainer who helps and train newbies. After 6 months of being a trainer I got promoted as a manager however my salary is not enough to support my family and all our needs, that is when I decided to join BPO industry. Worked a Technical Support Representative, Customer Support representative and the most recent is as a Business development specialist with Elder Mitsubishi. We do setting up an appointment for customers who visisted the website to check and see what do we have on the lot and from there, we call them to invite at the dealership for a test drive, checking option and all.
