Branch Operations Officer for five (5) years, Reviews day-to-day activities of the branch from opening to closing.

Supervises branch staff, making sure that the branch's daily operations are smooth on all transactions.

Override functions on all cash withdrawals of clients, and to every transaction that requires approval.

Assisting clients with all inquiries, especially on the bank’s products and services.

Maintains and updates client records in the system and makes sure that files are intact.

Key custody, signature verifier, alarm management system, and compliance with all branch postings for audit purposes.

Oversees branch administrative and operations staff, and directs workflow between departments, represents the branch during client presentations and public functions in their area of operations in the absence of the manager.

Processes and pre-assessment of documents on all loan applications, collection receivables, and accounts receivable management, and

Marketing of branch products traditionally and digitally.

Cash Management handles custody of branch cash sales, petty cash fund, and branch fund, checking of daily sales, and collections, making sure that all transactions are properly documented and accounted.

Accounts Receivable Management monitors outstanding accounts, reminding clients of their due date, monitors checks for deposits, posts daily collections on the customer ledger, and sees to it that all credit documents are completely notarized.

Asset Inventory Management ensures that inventory counting is strictly regular, to avoid any discrepancy, and ensures that accountable documents are intact and are ready and available for audit to avoid penalties.

People Management, approving day-off and leave of staff, regular performance appraisal, and training of newly hired personnel.

Teaching Experience for 5 months, plan lessons and instruct students in all subjects, assess students' abilities, their strengths and weaknesses, communicate with parents for students' progress, and perform other tasks as instructed by our superior.

Loan Assistant/ Teller, for two (2) years**,**

Conducts interviews and updates client records based on financial capability
