LEASE AGREEMENT
This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made on December 20, 2024, by and between:

The parties agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the lease of the property described
below.
1. Property
The Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant
the property located at:
123 Anywhere St., Any City ST 12345
2. Term
The term of this lease is:
Start Date: November 1, 2024
End Date: October 31, 2025
3. Rent
The Tenant agrees to pay rent as follows:
Amount: $1,200 per month
Due Date: 1st day of each month
Payment Method: Bank transfer
4. Security Deposit
Amount: $1,200
The deposit will be held to cover damages
beyond normal wear and tear.
The deposit will be returned to the Tenant
within 30 days after the lease ends, less
any deductions for damages or unpaid
rent.
5. Utilities and Services
The Tenant will pay for: electricity, water,
and internet.
The Landlord will cover: trash collection
and property taxes.
6. Use of Property
The Tenant agrees to use the property solely
for residential purposes and will not sublease
or assign the lease without the Landlord's
prior written consent.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
The Tenant is responsible for maintaining
the property in a clean and habitable
condition.
The Landlord will handle structural repairs
and issues with major appliances.
8. Entry by Landlord
The Landlord may enter the property for
inspections or repairs with 24 hours prior
notice, except in emergencies.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this lease with 30
days written notice at the end of the lease
term.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of
the State of Any City.
11. Entire Agreement
This
Agreement
represents
the
entire
understanding between Lars Peeters and
Yaris Petros regarding the lease of the
property.
