Keeping multiple projects organized - I have managed concurrent projects monthly, each with different stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. I use tools like Zoho, Asana, Excel, and Google Sheets to track everything and make sure nothing gets missed.
Coordinating across teams and time zones - I have worked with teams spread across 4+ time zones. I understand how to communicate asynchronously, schedule meetings that work for everyone, and keep projects moving even when people aren't online at the same time.
Building systems that actually work - Whether it's creating SOPs, organizing Google Drive folders so people can find things, or documenting processes so they're repeatable, I build systems that make teams more efficient.
Communicating clearly - I facilitate stakeholder meetings, write status updates, coordinate between departments, and keep everyone on the same page. You won't have to chase me for updates.
Getting things done independently - I'm self-directed. Give me clear objectives and I'll figure out the how. I don't need constant supervision I just need to know what success looks like.
