Hi everyone! I’m Ronnie Harpel, but you can call me Ron. I started my journey at just 19 years old as a call center representative, and now at 25, I can confidently say that this industry has shaped who I am today. Through years of hands-on experience, I discovered my passion for helping clients-whether it’s resolving concerns, providing solutions, or guiding them toward the best options for their needs. Every interaction taught me the value of patience, empathy, and clear communication, and there’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing I made a positive impact on someone’s day.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple accounts and roles, including Sales and Lead Generation, Customer Service Support, Technical Support, Email and Calendar Management, and Data Entry.

These experiences allowed me to become adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven while continuously improving my skills in both client-facing and behind the-scenes support that makes your workday lighter and more productive.
