The skills and knowledge that I have gained in my past BPO company will definitely help me do the job. I have been in the industry for over 7 years. Spent a year with WNS as a Financial Adviser of Transunion which is one of the top three credit reporting agencies in the United States. Also spent a year with Concentrix as a Technical support Specialist for Dish Network which is an American direct-broadcast satellite service provider. The company provides satellite television, audio programming, and interactive television services to commercial and residential customers in the United States. After that I joined Convergys and spent 5 years with three different fields. Started as a Technical Support Specialist for a year with AT&T U-verse commonly called U-verse, was an AT&T brand of triple-play telecommunications services, although the brand is now only used in reference to the IPTV service. After that I was assigned as the Point of Contact For AT&T U-verse Special Project for three years handling 12 Technical Support Specialist and reports directly to the clients. Then spent my last year with Convergys as an E-mail Support Specialist for MACY'S the largest department store in the world.
I maybe a newbie in the new role that I will embark given the opportunity but I assure you I am a hard-working, reliable and efficient professional. I am easy to learn and prioritize work over things. I always make sure that I get to finish the task done in a timely manner. I am detail oriented and can work with little to no supervision.
