I am an HR professional specializing in human resources operations, with practical experience managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation management, performance reviews and HR documentation.
I have been directly involved in designing and coordinating performance management processes such as 360° reviews, as well as reviewing and aligning job descriptions to evolving organizational needs. My role also extends into administrative and operational support, where I contribute to improving structure, communication and workflow efficiency across teams.
