Hi. I am Ronjon F. Macabata an aspiring Virtual Assistant . As time went fly, many things happened to me but I can't consider a development. I used to wonder if I could go out of my comfort zone and try to excel more by facing my weakness which is to be more knowledgeable about virtual services which I adore most.
When I graduated in 2018, I decided to work in cities to gain experience that would make my resume stand out when I want to work for another company. But at first, I ended up working as a Counter Checker in the mall and I think it was not good for me. I have worked for 6 months since my first job, which has helped me to gain confidence and experience in how to communicate with customers handle complaints, and check items,
In 2019, I worked as a sales clerk at a well-known mall here in the Philippines, I enjoyed assisting customers’ needs and wants. Giving my best service to them is such a pleasure to be their assistant and they allow me to give concerns and opinions about the goods that would they bought.
But I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, I wanted to do more and that was the time I wanted to be a Virtual Assistant. I do research and watch recorded training that improves my skills and I want to show it to my future colleagues.
Here are some of the skills that I gained from training:
*Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
*Making YouTube pins and Pinterest.
*Data entry.
*Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
*Securing email databases for future campaigns.
*Making sign-up forms and landing page.
