I am a professional Client Relation Support for over 6 years now. I am an expert in terms of Customer Service, Virtual Assistance and Administrative tasks and Research related works. I also worked as an HR manager from a local manpower agency.

I began my career as a customer service last 2014. I've developed my expertise in the business along the way by focusing on the pain points and understanding customer needs. I have to be honest, It's not easy dealing with people that has challenging scenarios but from there, I always put my self on the customer's shoes.
