I’ve spent the last six years working in the BPO industry. During that time, I gained a lot of experience in handling different types of customers and situations, which really helped me build strong communication and problem-solving skills. I have experience in working remotely. I also spent one year and nine months of those years as a team manager, where I led a group of agents and helped improve performance and team engagement.
