I'm am a well experienced customer support representative in a Business Processing Outsourcing company such as Sitel and Convergys. I am knowledgeable and literate in computer such skills may include like Microsoft word, Photoshop and internet. I have a great English communication skills in listening, speaking, writing or typing and reading skills. In relation to this is I have an IELTS examination result having a total band score of 7.0.
I love reading and writing and interest me in creative writing, writing articles that interest me such as travel, mystery, music, politics, health, science and technology, I also have plans on writing in the near future of my own novel. One of my hobby is taking pictures and recently it became a passion where in I take picture of anything that is considered artistically beautiful, because of it I have basic knowledge in Photography and photo editing using adobe Photoshop.
One interest me is business management so I have a taught my self knowledge in business advertisement, planning and marketing using social media as my avenue.
