I’m 50 years old and a proud father of five. My children are the foundation of my motivation. I have 27 years of work experience, with 13 years in the BPO industry. I started as a customer service representative, moved into technical support, and eventually handled both in a hybrid role.
What I enjoy most about customer service is interacting with different types of people. Helping them resolve their concerns gives me a great sense of fulfillment, and every interaction is a chance to learn and share new information.
