I have worked in the BPO industry for 2 years, been a technical, customer service and a sales representative with AT&T. After that I decided to work at home or worked homebased for 2 years now and worked with different clients in different state. And out of curiosity I came out of my comfort zone as a VA and worked as a telemarketer. So that’s the time I have experienced calling cold calls and sell Auto, Home and Health insurance.
I am a highly self-motivated individual with a strong track record in delivering high-quality service. I am efficient, sociable, open and a fast learner. I have good communication skills, proven organizational skills and attention to detail. My patience, adaptability, the capability to face stress, ability to work in a multicultural environment are my best assets. Though I am a beginner in this sector of job, I have certain qualities which makes me fit and qualified for the position.
