My background is quite vast in several industries such as retail, customer service, administrative work. As a multi-talented individual, I am constantly seeking new ways to challenge myself and expand my skillset.  

Having an administrative experience for 3 years, that met the responsibilities and skills needed for this position.10 years in Customer Service Representative supporting various Microsoft Services like Microsoft Advertising, their Business Local Listings, and other Microsoft services, where I put my learnings and experience towards passion in service. I handle clients from different places and it is delightful to know they are satisfied with my assistance. 

Having been able to learn a lot from the training and work experience encouraged me to pursue my career involving service relating to the program I finished. I was promoted as a Quality Specialist. I have worked with Quality Manager Clients, Supervisors, leads, and employees. As a quality specialist, I do agent monitoring, coaching, calibrations and other quality related procedures.
