I am a graduate of BS Computer Engineering from Baliwag Polytechnic College in Bulacan, Philippines. After graduating, I started working as a customer service representative. I've been working in the BPO industry. I've handled different roles and gained different skillsets. I started as a CSR, handling billing and customer service. After 7 months, I got promoted as a training apprentice and later became an SME. Seven months after that, I got the role of a team leader, which allowed me to manage a group of 22 CSRs. When the pandemic hit, I transitioned from being a team leader to being a business analyst, where I am responsible for generating and maintaining reports and identifying trends in the performance. I was working from home all throughout the pandemic, then I got pregnant. After giving birth, that is when I decided to look for a job where I could work from home permanently. I found Cointelli, a start-up company in the US, who hired me as an Operations Manager. I've built a customer support team from scratch and spearheaded the creation of the company's Help Center. I've enjoyed working with Cointelli because the role gives me so much to learn and at the same time allows me to spend time with my kids. With all the roles I've handled, I've learned different things, from technical skills to leadership and so on. I have a passion for learning. I love learning new things, especially new applications. Outside of work, I love to spend time taking care of my kids and cooking.

These requirements are my strengths. I am very passionate about learning new things, especially if it will help me resolve complicated situations. I do have experience developing new initiatives, In fact, I suggested a social media marketing approach to my previous company to help them introduce the brand and make it known. I also recommended a CRM tool for them to use since they don't have one. I recommend HubSPot. I also studied HubSpot since I don't have any experience using it before. This demonstrates my ability to learn fast and adapt to changes as business evolves.
