My name is Ronalyn Reyes, but you can call me Rona. I have almost seven years of experience working in the BPO industry, mainly in customer service, sales, and appointment setting. Most of my experience involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their concerns, and speaking with potential clients to introduce services and schedule appointments.

I started my career in customer service, where I learned how to communicate clearly with customers and handle different types of situations. I also became more confident in handling objections and guiding customers toward making a decision.

Since outbound calling can involve rejection or hang-ups, I learned how to stay motivated and positive throughout the day. I focus on staying professional, keeping a friendly tone, and making each call a new opportunity.

In terms of tools, I am comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce, dialing platforms such as Vici Dialer, and Microsoft Office for documentation and tracking. I’m also experienced in following scripts while still keeping the conversation engaging and natural.

What I enjoy most about this type of work is the opportunity to speak with people and help them find solutions that are useful for them. I consider myself hardworking, adaptable, and committed to doing my job well. I always try to maintain a positive attitude, especially in a fast-paced environment.
