Worked with the global R&D people on how a certain formulation was to be executed following the global process. Handled and managed around 7 warehousing engineers on shifts together with contractors in warehousing operation. Give them rating during calibration season.

Ensure the warehousing folks to follow the first in first out (FIFO) system with regards to product movement in the system.
Ensure the accuracy of the systems use in warehouse via a scheduled checking of interface errors.
See to it that products which needs to be grouped in locations are properly followed.
Participate and drive the company cost savings inside the warehouse like recycling damaged goods inside the warehouse as well as how to maximize work with minimal supervision and lean organization.
Communicate and collaborate with planners, transportation team/ truckers, experimental order (EO) owners, R&Ds, other manufacturing department leaders, etc. with regards to different processes on products getting in and out of the warehouse.
