During the early days of my career, I was selected as a Team Leader / Supervisor in the BPO industry. I was able to refine my leadership as well as my interpersonal skills. This job required me to manage and guide my team members. I was also able to handle a resolution account wherein my task is to resolve and meet customer's expectations. Aside from that, I was also able to work abroad for 8 years as an administrative assistant. My tasks involved contracts and materials management, basic networking, system troubleshooting, document control, event and schedule coordination.
Aside from my skills, I would say that I am very meticulous when it comes to my tasks, I am very much adept to change which I think is also essential in this kind of job.
