For the last couple of years, I have helped companies and individuals to develop course content, training modules, technical briefs, how-tos, and long-form blog posts. Even though I can still write the typical 500-word articles, I prefer working on long documents (at least 4,000 words). For instance, I recently helped a client to develop 8 courses for their UK-based online school. For each course, I wrote 20,000 words worth of content and I also added workbooks, quizzes and exercises.

3. Geographical location. Since I live in Nairobi Kenya, my expenses are not as high as other freelancers in the developed countries. As a result, I can afford to charge a cheaper rate and you will still get the same quality - and sometimes even better - that you would get from a native English speaker.
4. Full-time writer. In 2016, I quit my day job to become a full-time freelance writer. I therefore have enough time to work on your projects and deliver a finished product within a very short time.
