Hi, My name is Ronak Shingala and I am from Gujarat, India. I have been in the Customer Service field for a little over 4 years now. Currently, working as an Shyamart group of companies (Surat, Gujarat, India) Resolving client queries via emails or phone calls. I have also worked with Vrukshraj enterprise. It was a Gov. of india aadhar card agency. I used to resolve customer's concerns via chat or emails & calls.
