Ronabel Pacia Tiu

Hi! This is Ronabel Pacia-Tiu. I am 32 years old and from Laguna, Philippines. I graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in financial management.

I have experience as a virtual assistant, starting with roles as a Shopify product lister, data entry specialist, and social media manager for an artwork business. I later worked as a data entry specialist for real estate listings, handling data mining and other ad hoc tasks. Through these roles, I developed expertise in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Meet, Forms, and Drive), Canva, Microsoft Word and Excel, Airtable, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp, and AI tools like ChatGPT.

To further refine my skills, I completed the General Virtual Assistant course with ProVA, gaining additional training and certification. I am resourceful, adaptable, proactive, and diligent—traits that, combined with my technical skills, make me an asset to any business. Additionally, I am comfortable working on a graveyard shift, ensuring flexibility to meet business needs effectively.
