Reviews Manual of each Department if its conform to the standard by the Quality Management System. And revised manual if found some conflicts to the given activity.Check and update the Internal Auditors/ Process Owners of the company.Furnished notification letters and minutes of the meeting for the Meetings based on the CPAR raised by the concerned dept.Review the Customer complaints, initiate investigation and notify the liable department upon completion of Investigation and Product Testing Report.
