• Support Users in In-house ERP (HR, Warehouse, Procurement Module)

• PC, UPS, CCTV, Printer and Network Preventive Maintenance.

• Backup and restore workfiles, databases, OS and CCTV Recordings (Windows/Linux)

• Remote Access

• Install configure and maintain network components.

• Ensure that cabling and or wiring within the office premises are secured

• Assemble, Repair, Upgrade and Maintain computer/office equipment/production equipment hardware and software when needed or considered necessary

• Set up work stations (phone, computer, networks, e-mails, and printers, others alike) at home office and on customers site for employees reporting outside place of work

• Responsible for back-up & restore of all electronically stored company data

• PC Troubleshooting, assists in training seminars (sets up laptop, training room, training manuals), Production line pc setup and network monitoring
