I’m an operations professional with experience supporting day-to-day BPO and call-center operations across multiple client accounts. I’ve worked closely with management to help run campaigns, coordinate internal teams, and keep systems and workflows running smoothly.
I’m hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both operational and technical tasks, including call routing, basic system setup, issue resolution, and client coordination. I work well in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and take ownership of my responsibilities.
